Return Policy and Warranty

Need to Return Your Purchase? It's easy, and it's FREE!
  • If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to accept a return for a full refund.
  • You can return your purchase for up to 365 days from the purchase date. Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.
  • Return shipping is absolutely free. We will provide you with a pre-paid UPS domestic or USPS domestic label to return the purchase to us.*
  • Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer, we will take care of everything.

*Please note to use our pre-paid labels, shipments must be sent from the United Sates.

Here's what you need to do:

Online Return Instructions
  1. Log in to your account from the My Account page.
  2. Once you are logged in, locate the "Order History" section and click the Order # of the purchase you wish to return.
  3. Click on the "Proceed to Return Process" button on the Order Information page.
  4. On the Return Request page check the item(s) that you would like to return on the Return column and click the "Return Checked Items" button.
  5. Choose to display the label for immediate printing or to have it sent to you in the mail and click the "Continue" button.
  6. Print the Return Confirmation page and include it with the products that you wish to return. Once Zappos.com has received your return at the warehouse, Zappos.com will refund your card and send you email confirmation that your return is completed.
  7. If you choose to print a UPS return label, then tape your UPS return label to your box, then drop it off at any authorized UPS Shipping Center Find the UPS Service Center nearest to you.
  8. If you choose to print a USPS return label, then tape your USPS return label to your box, then either drop it off at your nearest post office or hand it to your USPS mail carrier. For both UPS and USPS domestic service, the products will be mailed back to Zappos.com FREE of charge.

What is your store return/warranty policy?

Shoes should be returned to the store where they were originally purchased with your receipt. Retailers' return policies vary by store so please check the return policy at the store where your shoes were purchased.

Some Clarks retailers also participate in the Clarks 30-day Comfort Guarantee. If you purchased your shoes at a participating retailer, and are dissatisfied with their comfort, you may return them to the store within 30 days from the date of purchase, along with your original receipt, and you will receive your money back.

We stand behind all of our products and will replace shoes that have a defect in workmanship or materials.=

If you believe that your shoes are defective and are unable to return them to the store where they were purchased, or if the retailer will not honor your return, you may contact us directly at 800-624-7463 (SHOE) for a Return Authorization. A Return Authorization is required for all returns.

If your shoes are older and need refurbishment, we suggest taking them to a local shoe repair shop. We also recommend a company called Resole Center. They can be reached at 888-349-7463.
