Look:Shoe Size: Felt a full size smaller than marked Shoe Width: Felt true to width Shoe Arch: No arch support All looks, no substance - These shoes start and stop with a cool and funky look. After that, there is little for the money. I am returning them as they ran very small, but I would not have kept them anyway. For close to $100, they are ridiculous. Paper thin upper, no insole, and rubber, they would make a nice change purse! The best thing about these shoes is Zappos.
