I wear them every day and they are looking a little worn so I need a new pair. They are so comfortable and cute, they feel like slippers but look great. Look: I bought these shoes for work and have worn them almost every day for over a month. They are very comfortable, even working an 11-hour day. The toe is broad enough to allow wiggle room, and the toe area is not rigid like so may round-toed shoes. Look:I have wide feet and it\'s difficult for me to find shoes that fit. I bought these in the 9 W(my normal size) and they fit perfect. The inside is very cushy and I\'m able to remove the insoles and insert my own custom orthotics. The only problem I had is that the heal rubs on the back and cuts into the back of my heal, it didn\'t cause blisters it was actually bleeding. I tried putting band-aids on my heals but they wouldn\'t stay on so instead I put the band-aids on the shoes and it works great. Look:Love the shoes, but I had to return them for the next bigger size as they run small. I have maybe a dozen pairs of Born flats, and in the past I've always worn a size 10, but these were too small to even consider in that size. I disagree. The shoe has heel pads that surround the top of the shoe (much like sneakers) and that keeps the shoe more snug on the foot. The toe box is very roomy, however. The shoe seems to run longer. I ordered a 12 based on reviews, but had to return it for an 11 because it was just way too roomy and too long. It is wonderfully soft and comfy. But it runs small. My foot is a size 7, and I usually wear a 7.5 for the extra width. For these I ordered a 7.5 and had to return them for an 8. They are light and comfortable, neat looking and fabulous to wear. Due to a recent knee injury, I had to give up heels. I find these perfect in every way - got the metallic color and it goes with a wide range of outfits. Since I'm on my feet most of the day, I thought I'd get a different style but stay in the "Unstructured" collection. The Un.tale I decided on were at least a half size too short, but very cute. I wear 9M but this feels like an 8 1/2N. I am going to Nicaragua in 4 days, and I wanted to take them with me, but I guess I won’t :(... despite I payed for shipping to get them as quick as possible.
