This is a very comfortable shoe. My feet felt great the first time I wore them. This shoe is true to size/width. I did not need to make any adjustments and it did not need to be broken in. The fashion is fine by me, but my needs are very simple. I take comfort over fashion always. I wanted a simple, brown shoe with a slight heel and with a mary-jane strap. This shoe definitely fit the bill. It looks exactly as it is represented on the website. If there is one possible negative, it is that my socks seem to slip in the shoe just a bit which can be an annoying sensation. Not a lot, it's just that I can "feel" folds of sock under my feet and I feel compelled to pull up my sock to smooth it out. No big deal, but I just don't like the feeling. Maybe a shoe liner would help.

Cute, comfortable shoes! I was able to wear these for over 12 hours a days, 10 straight days during my recent trip to Europe. Even with the constant walking, my feet never hurt. These look cuter than other walking shoes, so I was able to wear these with skirts and pants. They fit true to size as well and didn't need any breaking in.
