Look:These shoes ROCK!! Having had foot reconstruction in my right foot and less invasive surgery in my left foot, I have wide, less than attractive feet. These shoes fit wonderfully. It's awesome to find a pair of wide shoes that really are WIDE. Besides, these are stylish and can be dressed up or down. Look:Ok I love the shoes. This is my first pair of Clarks in general. They are comfortable and lightweight. I ordered true to my foot 12W and as noted before this shoe runs in a roomy fit. The strap is a bit loose and I chose not to put it on the last hole as I didn't want to stretch it out further. I think I may get Foot Petals for the heel to keep that smacking sound to a minimum. That was annoying. It was almost like a flip flop sound just on the heel. Ball of foot was fine no confinement no blistering squeeze. I wore them to a wedding and was in them for about 7 hours from start to finish. That included hailing a cab in downtown Chicago, walking to the wedding site, then standing in line for the bar, dancing, then hailing another cab back to the city! And did I say how SEXY and sassy they make my feet look? Oh yes! Big foot girls celebrate! Look:These are fantastic shoes. It's the first pair of 3"ish heels I have been able to wear to work. I stand for a living so this is a challenge. The footbed is cushioned perfectly. Look:I drove Zappos crazy ordering and returning so many different styles and sizes of shoes for a wedding I had to attend. I hadn't worn heels in 25 years, and was determined that I'd find a comfortable pair. I have wide feet and a very high instep, and the Navan are as comfortable as a pair of slippers. I still had to re-learn how to balance in heels, but my evening was completely painless!! Look:I have purchased Clarks shoes before -- but they were more casual-type shoes. I was pleasantly surprised by how incredibly comfortable these sandals are! I wore them for the first time at a trade show, so I was standing and walking for 8 hours without a break. Look:I normally wear a wide width because of my high instep. I ordered an 8W and ended up exchanging them for an 8.5 M. They seemed to run a little small, and the wide was too wide. Look:These shoes are really flattering on, and very comfortable. I bought 4 different pairs within a week, to try to find work shoes, and these won out. I got the black ones- they are good for wearing with skirts or pants, and high enough to not look dowdy, but low enough to walk in without teetering around. Look:I'm in love. Don't think twice. You want these. They're perfect. Yes, definitely w/out question order a half size smaller. The wide is very generous and workable. They are NOT as clunky as the picture shows. They DO look feminine hip. I hate wearing heels but I'm petite 5'2" with wide feet and Clarks has yet again come through for me with a pair of feminine very comfortable shoes with height. I bought them to wear with a new dress to a summer wedding but can see wearing them with long jeans/slacks too. I am extremely pleased. Look:My Clarks Navan are red. They are surprisingly comfortable, given how high the heel is. They envelope the foot very nicely. The leather is soft and good quality. The craftsmanship is excellent. That is, of course, no suprise, since these are Clarks shoes. They are very good-looking shoes. They are true to size, true to width, and have good arch support. Look:Clarks are the BEST!! I'm on my feet a lot at work and have three flights of stairs that I go up and down 3 to 4 times a day. Look:Absolutely incredible! You'd never think a thicker heel could look so slenderizing but, the trick is the seam down the center back of the heel. These look incredibly sleek on and off the foot! This grey pair is the third color I've bought in this shoe!!! I've got flat feet so any type of heel can be a challenge but, whoever designed this one must have been "channeling" me! They stretched a bit as well after the first time worn as well. I LOVE the black patent pair. These are VERY comfortable for a heel and can be worn for hours on end, despite no padding. The shoe is stable and not clunky looking as picture may present - it's actually very pretty and looks great with pants and dresses/skirts. LOVE IT!
