Buyer Beware: Yuk. The worst possible fit for someone like me w/ high instep. The ribbon cuts into the top of my foot. Yes, I have wide feet, but Clarks Wide normally fit me fine. I ordered these slightly larger than one size up which was a mistake, granted, but there was absolutely nothing in the description to indicate this was a cheap grosgrain ribbon trim, it is thicker than grosgrain but has the same ungiving feeling. The look is wonderful, but I was hoping for at the very least, and elasticized band at the top for more give. My mom who is taller and slender tried these on too, said this was a horrid fitting shoe, so maybe for us only, but again, not the usual quality I\'ve come to expect. Love Zappos for the ability to return these ill-fitting shoes.

Ordered these on Saturday, they arrived the following Tuesday. These shoes are so cute! Right out of the box, the quality is evident. Then I put them on and they feel so good! As a sales rep, I am on my feet a lot and have recently developed heel spurs. I have been working with competitors for weeks trying to find a shoe that will allow me to work with minimal pain. I have spent way too much money sending shoes back and forth that weren't as comfortable as advertised, didn't fit or simply weren't as good looking as depicted. These shoes have wonderfully comfortable soles! Zappos.com and Clarks will receive all my future business. The service was quick and easy and the shoes are worth the money. I don't mind paying extra for all that convenience and a great product!
