Look:I have been buying Clark\'s shoes for 10 years now. They are the only shoes I wear in the Summer. I love that they are so comfortable and while I have to sometimes be on my feet all day, my feet never hurt at the end of the day. I worked in a shoe store while finishing College, and noticed how many women came in nearly every day to buy these sandals, all of whom telling me how comfortabel they were, Since I had a discount I bought two pair before I left and two pair for a friend. Look: This is my second pair of Clarks Sunbeat. I literally wore the first pair until the soles were paper-thin! I have a narrow foot and have trouble finding a shoe that doesn't slip off my heel or is just too wide. The three straps on the Sunbeat give me a "custom fit". I wear a size 9 or 9 1/2, but in this shoe, a 9 is perfect. If you have a narrow foot and want super comfort, this is the sandal for you. Look:I had been searching various department stores that carry this particular shoe and they were always out of stock in this color or my size. I was happy to find it on line through Zappos. Look:This is the 4th pair of Clarks "Sunbeat" sandals I've ordered over the years. They are okay, but not the same great Sunbeat sandals I've become accustomed to. I have wide feet, and the D width fits more like a C width now. These Sunbeats are not quite as wide as the previous versions, and the leather is not as thick & beefy. They'll do, but these will probably be my last pair of Sunbeat sandals. Look:Absolutely amazing service. Arrived quickly, packaged better than in a retail business, with plastic shoe trees (?) in the shoes, each shoe wrapped in a cover. Will buy from again and again. Look:I\'ve worn Clarks Sunbeat for several years. It is a comfortable sandal but has minimal arch support. Look:Very comfortable sandal for hot days. Soft sides and sole with no scratchy pieces to irritate. The straps allow me to adjust as my feet swell later in the day to prolong my comfort. Look:I think Zappos is an awesome company. I had a pair of Clarks that did not hold up and they replaced them, no questions. There was no shipping charge and that is what sells me on them. Look:I have been buying Clarks Sunbeat for years. They were the only sandals I could wear. No other sandals came close in comfort. Until now. So many new comfort sandals to pick from. These now are my second choice. They still look the best on. But as for comfort I don't think the new sole is as comfortable as it used to be. Look:This is my second pair of these sandals, I totally wore out the first pair and the matching pair of blue ones. I replaced both pairs. I needed them last minute to take on vacation and these came quickly. I put them on and they fit fine and didn't need to be broken in. They were comfortable right away. Look:I bought my first pair of Clarks Sunbeat sandals (Bone) on the internet, but could not find another until I had contact with Zappos. Most shoes do not fit my feet; these do. Zappos found three more pairs of sandals (tan, black, white) which with my Bone made four. They all fit except the white which hurt my feet. Zappos suggested I try a larger size and I did. They fit just fine. I appreciate the speed at which the shoes arrived, and the courteous help with getting all three pairs of sandals to me quickly. The occasional joke (like that maple syrup is a food class all by itself) made me laugh.Your people have a wonderful attitude! Unfortunately, I have "old" feet...arthritis, crooked toes, etc. (It\'s called age.) but these sandles are so comortable. I especially love the nubuck...soft and look great. Look:I ordered Sunbeat just prior to visiting my mother in France. Our luggage did not follow and we waited 4 days before our suitcases were delivered. Four days with only one pair of shoes. These shoes were comfortable from day one, through terminals and so on, sightseeing. Clarks always makes wonderful shoes. Look:I already had 2 pair of these shoes in different colors but one pair was several years old and definitely needed replacement. I ordered the same size and color because they had always fit me perfectly and felt great. However, I noticed that the new pair seems somewhat wider than the old ones. I have pulled the straps as tight as they will go and they are wearable even though my feet flop around in them somewhat. Look:Sandals are great, glad to finally have shoes that fit (I take a AA shoe and have a narrow heel). Only problem with the sandal is that I can feel the straps where they are attached under the heel. Needs more heel padding to cover this.
