They fit very well even though I had to buy a size 8 for my usual size 7 1/2. Lovely to walk in and I love the look. I've had so many compliments made about them. I have to also compliment Zappos on the speed of shipping and the great help the customer service section gave me. They're good shoes; reliably comfortable and fashionable. I purchased this shoe today after seeing it at my local store two weeks ago... and thinking about it ever since. It's wonderful. Comfortable. Perfect to-size fit. My only problem is the sole, which consists of little hollow squares. I have two dogs and I not only walk them, but I take them outside to play and to poop. The shoes felt true to size for me, I'm glad I didn't go down half a size. The wide isn't super wide but it'll do the job. I have wide toes and most shoes feel cramped in the toe box. Plenty of toe wiggle room here. Minimal breaking in and lots of comfort. Wide strap does not cut or rub--a big plus. It is not easy to find "cute" shoes in those sizes. I love ordering from Zappos. You get the shoes the next day, and I love that they have a great selection, and always in my size. I first ordered these in an 11. When they arrived (the next day) and I tried them on they were too large. It was very easy to return them, and I immediately placed another order in a size smaller. They came the next day, fit perfectly, and I love them! I'm always on the look out for comfortable, but stylish flats...that don't look orthopedic. These are perfect. Fit great, look adorable, can wear them all day. Good support, good leather, no complaints! The elastic is firm, but doesn't hurt or leave marks.
