I stand 8 hours a day on my feet; this shoe provides the comfort I need. The downside was that there is barely any grip on the shoe. My pair ran a bit small and needed a significant break-in period. I needed a sturdy casual shoe that would provide a roomy toe box and keep my leg /knee aligned without supination. These shoes are the perfect fit with support in the right places. I have a high instep, and still could fit into to opening easily. My husband wears an extra wide shoe, so it is very difficult to find something that he feels is comfortable. This shoe fit perfectly. As soon as he put them on, he said "These feel great."
