Ouch! I love Clarks, have about half a dozen pairs of them, and these are the most uncomfortable Clarks I've ever put on my feet. The heel rubs and is very stiff; I had a blister within 15 minutes of putting them on. I love the look and am hoping to break them in, but buyer beware!

Cute but need a bit of time to break in - These shoes are definitely more attractive than I tend to think when I picture most Clarks shoes. However, what they gain in appearance, they lose in the traditional Clarks comfort: they are not uncomfortable, but do not plan to walk in them the first couple of times you wear them, or you will have blisters. The edges of the shoes are rather hard, and it takes some time to break them in. That said, they are great for when you want a nice-looking pair of shoes to wear with your work slacks but you do not want to wear high-heels.

Comfort and dress - I bought this shoe for the color which is hard to find and am enjoying it. It is very comfortable and the crossed strap elongates the foot and is flattering.

These certainly *looked* good. Flat should mean your toes can move too. I wore them for the first time today, and it was not a nice sensation. These were way too expensive for how much they hurt. I ordered another pair in black because I thought for sure they would be comfortable, now I know better and will return the second pair.
