The only thing bad is that i wore them while it was drizzling and now they have water spots on them. These are great with both! I ordered the taupe color and they are a perfect neutral for almost everything. I will probably order the black ones next. The reviews were right on – these were very comfortable right out of the box. I ordered a 1/2 size larger because I wanted to be able to wear trouser socks or tights with them. Alas, my age is now dictating otherwise. I searched Zappos frantically prior to a weekend trip to NYC for a casual, comfortable walking shoe that would fit my New York frame of mind. Eureka! I found Clarks Swansea (in Stone) and they are hip enough for my skinny jeans and cords. I wore them through airports and 5-6 hours walking in the city. Look:Ever hate to finally toss a pair of shoes? These are the ones. Finally have to get another pair. They wear like steel but always grip when you need them to and just heavy enough to cushion the landings. Hard to find these, probably cause they’re so great. Like the espresso color best. Unassuming looks with stealth performance. Top |
