It is a very sharp looking shoe. The height of the heel is just right. I have already had many compliments on this shoe. My shoe size runs in between a 7 and 7 1/2 depending on the shoe, so in the Stanshope, I needed a size 7. This time of year I am always looking for a comfortable shoe that doesn't look dowdy as I spend a good deal of time on my feet at trade shows. This shoe fit the bill. It is not sexy by any means, but it is smart looking with my suits and comfortable, even after standing and walking on the trade show floor for 8 hours at a time. I have a very high instep and it was not as comfortable as I might have liked. It works well with my pant suits. I wanted a cute shoe for work that was comfortable and cute without looking "old". This shoe definitely fit the bill. I broke them in the first day then after that they have been heaven. I will definitely be ordering a brown pair. These shoes have convinced me that the Clarks Artisan line is worth the money. Zappos is AWESOME! I ordered these shoes on Labor Day 2008 in the afternoon and I got them the very next day. Excellent service! I will definitely be using them again :) Top |
