I needed a shoe that was sexy yet sensible, something I could walk around all day in. This shoe fits the bill perfectly. No aching feet or pinching toes (the toe box is super). My narrow heels slip out but that's my problem and not the shoes! Also has great ventilation for the sweaters and padding for the heavy walkers. I am plagued with painful feet and work in an occupation where, unfortunately, dresses with heels are a requirement from time to time. These shoes fit the bill perfectly. Comfort, stylish, and look great with my skirts but also with some of my dressy pants. Plus, I am constantly amazed with Zappos service, selection, return policy, and quick shipping. I have ordered several dozen pairs of shoes from Zappos (including shoes for my three children and my husband) and have never had anything other than five-star platinum service.
