I will absolutely continue to shop here! But I'll be honest; this was the worst shoe I have gotten from Zappos. It is very clunky -- not professional looking like in the photo. It was also a very flat, boring brown color, not a rich looking brown. The size ran VERY SMALL! Overall, this just reminded me of an old lady shoe. I thought this was due to wearing them for the first time but later I put the two shoes side by side and the left one appears to be slightly (maybe 1/2 size) smaller. The frame and ball clasp allow you to open and close the bag quickly and securely. It fits a surprising amount of stuff: my wallet, sunglasses, keys, phone, with A LOT of room to spare. With a little angling, I can fit a medium-sized novel through the frame. A few minor suggestions for improvement: Wider pockets. Though there are several pockets in the lining, only one is wide enough to fit my iphone. I have a small wallet, but it doesn't fit into any of the pockets. I like the ball clasp and frame, but I wish these were silver in color, rather than brass. Like most ladies these days, I wear white gold or silver jewelry, rather than yellow gold. The color of the metal is more yellow than it appears in the picture. Silver colored hardware would modernize the bag a bit (though I do like its vintage look). The lining of my bag is brown and beige; the one pictured has nice purple accents that I wish mine had. The leather smells very strongly--I'm hoping it will wear off soon. I took these out of the box and wore to work for a 9 hour day and my feet were not screaming at the end of the day. The shoe has nice, snug padding inside and great cushion at the ball of the foot. The leather is nice quality. I've worn with both slack and skirts - very nice with both. I have a severe bunion on my right foot and this shoe provides comfort and support. I was able to wear this pair of shoes out of the box for 12 hours with no break in needed. That is very rare for me. They are nice and soft and nothing rubs the wrong way. The soles seem to absorb some of the impact to make walking more comfortable. Like wearing slippers, but they look better with a skirt. I have to walk long distances at times at work, and my feet are still happy afterwards in these shoes. I was a bit skeptical that there would be much I would like as I wanted something a little dressier but very comfortable. Traditionally I hadn't liked the Clarks dress shoes. I was in for a complete surprise at their new Artisan collection. This shoe was not only stylish but I wore it in the store for 10 minutes and never felt like I had on shoes, much less a dressier pump. The first day I wore them at work, I had them on for 11 hours and my feet never felt anything but comfy. Amazing. I bought two pair, another style and these. It has an insole with a great arch support. Unfortunately, the fit was just not right for my foot length - I have a half size difference in my feet, and the left shoe was a little short while the right was already slightly too long. While I've found other Clarks shoes seem to run long, this one did not. I also noticed that on one pair I tried, the decorative strap was a little loose and floppy.
