I got them in the bronze color. Beautiful. Of note, they've kept their shape (and fit) after I accidentally got caught in a rainstorm while wearing them. A little tight on my right foot at first, but now is ok. Rubbed a little on my little toes, but that ok now, too - no blisters! Has adequate arch support, more than I have found in other slides. The heel cup is great. I would say give this a try. Can be worn with all you casual clothes. I get so many compliments. And comfort---I have bad feet and there was no breaking in period---the moment I put them on it was like walking on a cloud. Which leads to the bad news. Because they were insty-comfort, I didn't wear them around the house to break them in, but wore them out right away. And the leather uppers (straps) stretched. Not too much, but enough that I have to work a little to keep them on, particularly on steps. But the soles fit perfectly---a half size smaller would have been too small. The only reason the fit did not receive a five start rating is because the sole is a bit on the thin side - like a flip flop, but with wonderful, wonderful arch support. Similarly, the sole, and its thinness prevented me from giving it 5 stars for looks, but I suppose that is only because I wanted a somewhat more professional look to the sandal. The blue leather has a metallic luster which looks nice. The leather insole feels stiff to the touch but does not bother my feet and will probably soften with wear. These fit somewhat loosely, rather like flip flops but so far they do stay on my feet. I wore these sandals to the mall, and covered a lot of ground that day. Although they felt comfortable at first, I ended up with a couple of good blisters from the straps rubbing on my upper foot. Having said that, the problem was only on my right foot, which is a bit larger. They'll probably stretch and adjust to my feet in time. It is true to size and comfortable in every way. It is stylish and can be dressed up or down. I have knee issues and these are very comfortable for me. I feel like I have a real bounce to my step! They are expensive, but well worth it and I plan to buy another pair in a different color. I had to send the 1st pair back because I ordered black and the left looked more bronze than black. The staff at Zappos were wonderfully helpful and accommodating and I got the replacement pair within two days.
