And the most comfortable sandal I have ever worn. But a bit expensive. It was true to size in length, but it is much wider than any other Clark's narrow sandal I have ever worn. I wear mostly sandals and these are extraordinarily good looking on my feet. There was absolutely no break in period. These are good comfortable basic sandals to wear with shorts. I am still hoping Zappos will contact me if the beige comes in. As for the noise that people have noted, it is almost undetectable on the pair that I have. I will wear these into the fall. But you get what you pay for and these sandals (I purchased them in blue) are very attractive and relatively comfortable. I had to return the first pair and order a half size larger.
