I absolutely love the Clarks shoes, and this one topped-off all others I have from them. The adjustable calf width is great, as most of the boots for my size are always baggy on the calf. Look:I ordered these in the winter. They are such fabulous boots - comfortable from the start. They are a great blend of practical and sexy. I love Clark's shoes in general--always high quality and a good, comfortable fit, but I hadn't had much luck finding a Clark's boot that is as good looking and fits as well a this one. I purchased the boots in brown, and these are extremely comfortable and look great. I have athletic calves (16.5 inches), and it is impossible to find boots that fit. These are a little snug in the calf, but I'm hoping the soft leather will stretch. I can probably wear them with leggings, but not with jeans tucked in. These have a little tab on the side that extends and they fit perfectly. No more 'sausage' look from stuffing them into a boot that doesn't fit. And SO comfortable. I ordered in black, and I just finished ordering in brown because I love them that much. The sole makes them a bit casual, so if you're looking for a dress boot, you might want to consider something else. But they are so darned cute and comfy, you may, like me, decide you have to have them no matter what. Top |
