Wow! Zappos delivery is very speedy. I ordered these boots on 10/29/08 at 6:30 PM CT. Never in all my years have I received a product via the mail in such a speedy time. I received these boots on 10/30/08 at 9:00 AM CT. Amazing, as if Superman delivered these boots himself. Now for these particular boots. They are classy, comfortable, and very pleasing to the eye. I was a little concerned about this purchase because of the height of the heel. However, if you like flat heels like me, then these boots are made for walking. I would like to thank Zappos for the outstanding customer service and super fast delivery. I have purchased shoes over the years from Zappos and they never, ever let me down.

Good basic boot - Comfortable style w/ low heel. Dressy enough to wear to work. Decent quality leather and make.

Nice boot but no cushion - I liked this boot for the heel height and expected that it would be as comfortable as the Clark Artisan shoes I just purchased. Unfortunately, it has minimum cushioning and given my foot problems it's going back next week. :( I was very disappointed! If anyone knows of a nice dress boot with a lot of cushion, please let me know.
