Very pleased with the service at Zappos, timely delivery. The shoes are extremely comfortable, rather expensive, but I feel worth the price for the comfort. I would definitely rate them 5 stars.

Great shoe from the moment I put it on. I actually bought it for a business trip and packed it before even wearing it. At the conference, I wore it for the first time with a business casual capri look with no problems (i.e. no blisters). However, after wearing the shoe for less than a month, the rubber bottom sole is coming apart from the heel. I have worn it less than ten times. I am considering returning it to Zappos for a replacement, but am not sure because I have worn it and it might be the way I walk that wore it out. Zappos was great, easy checkout, fast and upgraded shipping for free! I use Zappos frequently and find their shoes and service to be an excellent experience overall.
