I have purchased shoes through Zappos many times, so my decision to go with Zappos was not a hard one. I have post polio issues with my feet so I need quality shoes to keep me going. The quality of Clark shoes is at the top of my list. The look is right on for what I use them for and the comfort is the best I have been able to find. I am a large frame, overweight, diabetic with an extra wide "square" foot with a very high arch. This shoe felt great from day one and required no break in. I have worn Clarks for years but this is the best one ever. This is my third pair of Redwood's and I walk a lot of miles in my job. Clarks only produces them during a short period every year so I make sure I get a new pair every year. The waterproof Gore-Tex is very good and I walk through wet areas all the time. Thanks Zappos for supplying this shoe, I tell all my friends about your great inventory and return policies. Shoe laces are too long and gets loose constantly for some strange reason which can be dangerous if it get caught by the escalator. I have several pair's of Clarks and have always had good luck with them until now. Very weather-proof and warm. I was confident ordering Clarks online because I know their fit from other models and these are no exception.
