I'm a strong believer in the Clark shoe I have been wearing the Clark shoe for over twenty years and that's why when I saw this boot I fell in love. I'm a barber and I'm on feet all day so therefore I need shoes with good ankle support and comfortable on the feet and that's why I chose this particular boot, but after wearing this boot one day I was totally disappointed. This boot is not made for all day standing; I will be going back to the Clark Portland, now that's a comfortable shoe!!!!! 2009-03-29 15:19:36 Clarks Un.furl Reviewer: Michael from Connecticut Overall: Shoe Size: Felt a half size smaller than marked Shoe Width: Felt true to width Shoe Arch: Excellent arch support Very Surprised - I was looking for a boot that was stylish, but wearable all day. I tend to favor style over comfort, but now I don't have to. I had no idea that a boot could feel like a running shoe. Thank you Clarks! 2009-01-20 08:07:50 Clarks Un.furl Reviewer: Chris N from Tampa, FL Overall: Shoe Size: Felt true to size Shoe Width: Felt wider than marked Shoe Arch: Moderate arch support Style VS Function - I bought these yesterday and they're extremely comfortable and the quality is obvious. My one complaint and this may cause me to return them is a graphic button located on the sole of the shoe. This is obviously there for esthetics only and unfortunately, it protrudes from the sole of the boot. It's covered in a soft plastic which likes to squeak on any surface other than cement. I'm about to sand them down and see if that eliminates the irritating squeak with every step in my office. So beware if you spend your days on hardwood. Designers please take note: sometimes function is more important than form. 2008-09-25 18:08:30 Clarks Un.furl Reviewer: Anonymous from Dallas, TX Overall: Shoe Size: Felt true to size Shoe Width: Felt true to width Shoe Arch: Moderate arch support Very comfortable - One of the best pairs I have ever owned. I need specially designed orthotic supports and need a lot of ankle support. These shoes accommodate my orthotics perfectly and grab by ankles without binding them. And they are light weight! I had not walked a whole day without complaining about heel/ankle/knee/back pain in a long long time before I got these. Hope Clarks keeps making these for many years to come so I will have a pair to replace with later on. 2008-09-15 03:55:32 Clarks Un.furl Reviewer: Anonymous from Roswell, NM Overall: Shoe Size: Felt true to size Shoe Width: Felt true to width Shoe Arch: Excellent arch support Best shoes ever - These were the best pair of boots ever, my feet and back don't hurt any more. I only wish that I could have them in different colors. 2007-12-09 06:59:57 Clarks Un.furl Reviewer: John G from New Jersey Overall: Shoe Size: Felt true to size Shoe Width: Felt true to width Shoe Arch: Excellent arch support Clarks Un.Furl - I find Clarks shoes to be extremely comfortable and especially their new line, unstructured. They are like putting on a pair of slippers. Many of my co-workers complimented the style; in fact one went home and ordered a pair on Zappos for her husband! Top |
