This is my 3rd pair, these shoes are great! They have a great feel on your foot. I spend most of my day walking on hard surfaces. With other shoes my feet took a pounding, but with the unstructured shoes my feet have really felt much better. These are light, comfortable shoes with enough style to look great in the work place and around town. 2008-07-29 15:58:55 Clarks Un.cover Reviewer: Mtndan from San Jose, CA Overall: Shoe Size: Felt true to size Shoe Arch: Moderate arch support Comfortable, but have an irritating flap - I bought the shoes because I have a few great pairs of Clarks, but my black casual ones were wearing out. Thought these were comfortable, but the looks/design is a problem. Each shoe has an air vent flap on the side. The leather always gets turned outside and sticks out. I'm constantly tucking them back in. Also, the white threads are thick and wear poorly, getting all fuzzy (white fuzzy stitching after wearing). 2008-04-30 07:26:10 Clarks Un.cover Reviewer: Anonymous from Westchester, New York Overall: Shoe Size: Felt true to size Shoe Width: Felt true to width Shoe Arch: Moderate arch support Nice shoe, tends to be larger, heel slips a little - This is all in all a nice shoe. Looks good visually, well balanced, nice lines, good color. Tends to be sized a bit larger than other shoes, but this can add to the comfort by adding a bit more room for your toes, the support is pretty good. My one complaint about this shoe is that my heel slips in the heel area, it can be somewhat annoying. If you take a look at the picture of this shoe youll probably notice the heel area is cut a bit low compared with similar shoes which may contribute to the problem. I find with Clarksdue I suspect to their tendency towards larger sizingrequires that I tie them to max tightness (not a problem for me with other brands). Ill probably keep the shoes, however, because they are comfortable, and I feel that after a bit theyll mold themselves more to my feet and this will cease to be a problem (hopefully!). Anyway this is something to consider when buying the shoe. I also have other comfortable shoes (Rockports, for example, which I recommend) and heel slipping is not a problem. 2008-04-30 07:21:45 Clarks Un.cover Reviewer: Anonymous from Westchester, New York Overall: Shoe Size: Felt true to size Shoe Width: Felt true to width Shoe Arch: Moderate arch support Nice shoe, tends to be larger, heel slips a little - This is all in all a nice shoe. Have wide feet and suffer foot/joint pain so I wanted to finally get some 'good' shoes. My friend has two pairs Clarks and highly recommended them. They feel awesome! Only thing I worry about is the 'air ports' on the soles - wondering if they will suck in water bad when walking in rain... 2008-03-12 13:41:39 Clarks Un.cover Reviewer: Anonymous from Cromwell, CT Overall: Shoe Size: Felt true to size Shoe Arch: Excellent arch support Unbelievable - I am a large guy and recently bought a pair of these. I spend a lot of time on my feet and have found them outstanding so far. As far as durability goes we'll see what happens. But, for now, a great product. 2007-12-10 20:31:36 Clarks Un.cover Reviewer: Pedro from Connecticut Overall: Shoe Size: Felt true to size Shoe Width: Felt true to width Shoe Arch: Excellent arch support The system of the shoe is superior to many comfort shoes that are double the price of this one! Working in retail is tough business and getting these were a blessing, if you are on your feet all day and experience any problems with the knees or back, try these puppies on and you will love them. 2007-10-02 05:50:47 Clarks Un.cover Reviewer: Anonymous from Lancaster, PA Overall: Shoe Size: Felt true to size Shoe Width: Felt true to width Shoe Arch: Excellent arch support Best Shoe Ever! As a teacher of seven years experience, I recently accepted a position running an after school program. This effectively meant that I would be on my feet from 7:00 AM till 7:30 PM Monday through Friday while school is in session. After a couple of weeks of extreme foot pain, and having tried numerous other shoes and shoe inserts I decided to buy two pairs of Clarks Unstructured line in brown and black. They are without a doubt the most comfortable dress shoes I have ever worn and worth every penny that I paid for them. The pain in my feet went immediately and I did not even have so suffer from a painful break-in period. Despite the price, I can now say that I am a loyal Clarks customer. Top |
